Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi (“Sözleşme”) Müşteri (“Tüketici”) tarafından expresshijab.com.tr elektronik ticaret sitesinde (bundan sonra “Sitemiz” veya “www.(”expresshijab.com.tr Web Sitesi olarak anılacaktır) üzerinde akdedilmiştir. ”), mobil cihazdan işlem yapıldığı haller de dahil olmak üzere, müşterilerin sipariş vererek satın almak istediği aşağıdaki ürün ve/veya hizmetler (“Ürün(ler)”), tarafların satış, teslimat ve diğer hususlara ilişkin hakları konularını belirler ve yükümlülüklerini düzenler.
Bundan böyle Müşteri ve Satıcı “Taraflar” olarak ayrı ayrı “Taraflar” olarak anılacaktır.

Müşteri, expresshijab firması ile işbu Sözleşmeyi onayladıktan sonra, sipariş edilen Ürün/Ürünlerin bedeli ve masrafları, Müşteri'nin sipariş verirken seçeceği ödeme yöntemi ile Müşteri'den tahsil edilir. 

Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi, Müşteri'nin expresshijab.com.tr internet sitesi üzerinden siparişi elektronik ortamda onaylayarak/kabul ederek siparişi tamamladığı tarihte akdedilmiş olup, Sözleşme'nin ayrılmaz bir parçasını oluşturur. Müşteri Tarafından Satıcıya Bildirilen Ön Bilgiler sipariş teyidi ile birlikte satıcıya gönderilir.
